Custom millwork on both areas hide storage for supplies, while the base niche provides a practical spot for feeding. The #TajMahal quartzite and clean lines keep it cohesive with the kitchen’s overall design language, proof that luxury lives in the details.

We are thrilled to reveal the transformation of this modern, cozy home. We partnered with our clients to reimagine their flip project in Longmont, CO, and assisted in creating a bright and functional kitchen as the centerpiece of their home.

A straightforward and quick project came our way, and we just couldn’t say no…
Excited to share a quick turnaround project we couldn’t resist! Our clients needed swift, budget-friendly solutions to enhance their flip project renovation, focusing on the kitchen and bathrooms.

🔹 Kitchen: We designed a sleek, functional space using readily available cabinets, a kitchen island and a modern integrated dining table for such as small room.
🔹 Bathrooms: Created a versatile master/Jack-and-Jill bathroom for both bedrooms, and upgraded a basement bathroom enhancing the shower by moving a wall and providing niches and storage for towels and daily products.
🔹 Bonus: Suggested a mini bar for their mix/family room and they loved the idea so we included it in the design. I think this flip will go very fast and we can wait to see the outcome.

Today’s design journey: we experimented with a new design option, focusing on illuminating enclosed spaces with glazing, enhancing storage in each vanity, and incorporating a makeup station.
